The location of Best Season Apart was perfect for exploring the city. We were just a stone's throw away from the main attractions, pubs, bars, and clubs.
There was no washing machine available at the hotel. Although they offered a laundry service, it would have been more convenient to have a washing machine in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kyiv. The staff, especially the older gentleman and woman, were helpful and were really nice too assist me, despite the language barrier. The hotel is located in a wonderful area, within a short walking distance to all the main attractions in the city, including the Botanical gardens and Maidan. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and I was kinda surprised to find a personal sauna in my spacious and well-maintained room. the hotel facilities were great, with good shower facilities, a small fridge, and a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and supermarkets.

The hotel has an excellent location, being very close to the main shopping area where 24-hour food is served. It is also situated in the center of the city and is conveniently located near the Metro. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the option to request an extra portable heater if needed. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering a pick-up service from the airport. The sauna in the apartment is a great feature, providing a relaxing experience for guests.
There have been occasional issues with the elevator not working at times, which could be inconvenient for guests, especially those with large suitcases or limited mobility.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are in good condition, with high ceilings and a comfortable bathroom. The hotel's location directly in the city center on a hill is perfect for exploring the area. The staff provides basic amenities and the service is top-notch.
